Socket Fusion Machine HOVER 63 Introduction
The HOVER 63 is a compact and high-precision socket fusion welding machine, specifically designed for thermoplastic pipe systems including HDPE, PP, PP-R, PVDF, and PB. It supports pipe sizes from Ø20mm to Ø63mm, making it ideal for plumbing, heating, and industrial piping installations.
Built with a durable steel frame, the machine ensures reliable alignment and structural stability during welding. Its space-saving design allows efficient operation in confined or hard-to-reach areas, with a quick-release mechanism that detaches the frame when needed, enhancing on-site flexibility.
The HOVER 63 features two robust trolleys—one fixed and one movable—each equipped with user-friendly handwheels for smooth manual control. It includes four high-performance aluminum auto-centering clamps that ensure accurate and secure positioning of pipes and fittings during the welding process. The dedicated fitting clamp is mounted on the fixed trolley, while the paired clamps secure the pipe on the movable side, ensuring perfect alignment.
Designed for socket and spigot welding, the HOVER 63 is available in Type B configuration, complying with common international socket welding standards.
