Pipe Fusion Machine V630 CNC20 Introduction
Designed for large-diameter pipe welding, the RIYANG CNC2.0 combines Siemens PLC precision with robust construction for 315–630mm applications. Meeting ISO 12176-1 and EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC requirements, it supports DVS, ISO, and ASTM standards with flexible parameter settings. The onboard data system records up to 10,000 joint histories, while real-time voltage, temperature, and pressure alerts maintain weld integrity across demanding conditions. All parameters adapt to pipe material and field environment, and complete weld reports are available via USB export or direct printing for project traceability. Includes a 2-year industry-leading warranty.
