Indian customers visited Weissenberg to evaluate plastic sheet welding, rolling, and bending solutions for wastewater and exhaust gas treatment equipment, with sheet thicknesses from 3 to 20 mm, a minimum rolling diameter of 250 mm, and on-site test welding demonstrations.

Weissenberg successfully participated in Pollutec 2025 in Lyon, showcasing its industrial-grade plastic sheet welding and bending solutions to European engineering, environmental and water treatment markets, and receiving strong technical enquiries from multiple countries.

A UK customer visited Weissenberg's factory to test two models of plastic sheet bending machines. The team demonstrated both V-type and flat upper heating knives, performing bending tests at 55° and 35° angles.

Following Pollutec 2025 in France, Weissenberg visited K 2025 in Germany and met clients in Norway, Denmark, and Dubai — further expanding its global footprint in plastic fabrication equipment.

An Australian customer faced low efficiency in making wastewater tank covers due to manual processes. To solve this, Weissenberg provided a customized solution by adjusting the machine's beam height to 80mm and designing a new press plate for precise dimensions. The upgrade enabled automation, improved productivity, and ensured consistency. This project reflects Weissenberg’s focus on customer needs and its strength in tailored, efficient sheet processing solutions.

In spring 2025, I visited a Dongguan factory to learn about the upgraded RPH4000 machine. This all-in-one unit integrates roll forming, right-angle, and flat welding, improving efficiency and precision. Key features include a Siemens control panel, a stable synchronous structure, and precise temperature control within 5°C. The visit highlighted how advanced technology enhances industrial production.
