UK Customer Visits Weissenberg Factory
Recently, Weissenberg welcomed a customer from the United Kingdom to its manufacturing base in China. The visit aimed to explore Weissenberg's plastic sheet bending solutions and discuss potential cooperation opportunities.
During the visit, our technical team introduced two models from the WeiFlex Series plastic sheet bending machines — one equipped with a V-type upper heating knife, and another using a flat heating knife designed for clean, high-appearance bends.
On-site Demonstration & Test Results
To provide a hands-on experience, Weissenberg engineers conducted two live bending tests based on the customer's requirements:
• First bending angle: 55°
• Second bending angle: 35°
Both machines delivered smooth, accurate bends with uniform heating and no whitening or deformation. The client expressed strong satisfaction with the temperature precision and repeatable bending performance of the machines.
