Warranty Policy - Weissenberg

At Weissenberg, we are committed to delivering reliable and high-performance plastic sheet butt fusion machine and fabrication equipment. This warranty policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Weissenberg provides warranty coverage for its products.

1. Warranty Coverage

Weissenberg warrants that all equipment manufactured and supplied by Weissenberg shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.

Under non-human-caused conditions, the complete machine is covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery.

During the warranty period, Weissenberg will, at its discretion:

● Repair defective components, or

● Replace defective parts

at no additional cost for the parts themselves.

2. Warranty Conditions

This warranty applies only when:

● The equipment is operated in accordance with Weissenberg’s instructions and technical guidelines

● Routine maintenance is properly performed

● The machine has not been modified without prior authorization

3. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

● Damage caused by improper use, misuse, or negligence

● Damage caused by unauthorized repair or modification

● Normal wear and tear parts (such as heating elements, seals, or consumables)

● Damage caused by external factors (power fluctuations, environmental conditions, etc.)

4. Warranty Service

To obtain warranty service, customers should:

● Provide proof of purchase and machine identification

● Describe the issue in detail (photos/videos recommended)

Weissenberg will provide remote technical support and, if necessary, arrange for replacement parts or further service solutions.

5. Limitation of Liability

Weissenberg shall not be liable for:

● Any indirect or consequential damages

● Production loss, downtime, or business interruption

The warranty provided herein is the sole and exclusive warranty applicable to the equipment.

6. Governing Law

All transactions and warranty terms shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, including the Civil Code of the People’s Republic of China.

7. Final Interpretation

Weissenberg reserves the right of final interpretation of this warranty policy.
