In the early spring of 2025, I had the privilege of visiting a factory in Dongguan for a one-day learning experience. The focus of my visit was the newly introduced and upgraded RPH4000 machine, and I was truly amazed by its versatility.
The RPH4000 machine combines roll forming, right-angle welding, and flat welding functions into one unit, significantly improving production efficiency. During a detailed introduction by the factory owner, I learned about several key upgrades to the machine. One of the most impressive aspects was its exceptional synchronous structure, which ensures the stability and precision of the machine during operation, providing a solid foundation for high-quality sheet metal welding.

Additionally, the machine is equipped with a Siemens control panel, which makes it easy to operate and intuitive, greatly reducing the difficulty of operation and improving work efficiency. Another noteworthy upgrade is the machine's ability to control temperature, with a temperature difference not exceeding 5°C. This precise temperature control is crucial for welding quality, effectively preventing defects caused by temperature fluctuations.
Through a day of learning and hands-on experience, I witnessed firsthand the outstanding performance of the upgraded RPH4000 machine in sheet metal welding. Both the welding precision and efficiency have significantly improved compared to before.
